BMW Performance seats

I have been offered a set of performance seats but the stitching is white
can this be changed to match the 1M stitching ?

Painted dye or marker pen or is it a full strip and redo ?

From the car that slipped away?

Marker pen works well.

If you decide to design a carbon fibre back-plate for these i think there will be a Few people, including myself that would be interested in them..

cheers Jamie

Yep, coding for the seat occupancy sensor, perf seats can be heated too, so should work with the dash switch without any issue.
There are 3 connecting blocks under the seat, once you slide them out of the bigger block.

Yes it will put the airbag light on, I didn't mess with coding, as My interior was going in&out during my conversion, but when I finally installed the seats, I got the emulator from ebay, pluged that in and bingo no airbag lights etc, and hence fully reversible should I need to go back.

The pax seatbelt buckle will also chime even if no one is sitting in there, so a quick emulator plugged in works a treat.

I got this kit

Have heated seats too and love em

Those look great, but I bet they ride really hard. Probably not suitable for streets that have imperfections.

Over the pond here, the roads aren't the best, and these seats are fine, even with coilovers With a set of harnesses, they are great ontrack too.

Do you sit lower than in the regular sport seats? Did you have manual or memory seats?

They do sit alittle lower, but they have 2 height settings, which can be set (via torx bolts) whilst installing them.

I had manual heated seats/electric side bolsters.

Thanks, that's good to hear. I have memory seats and I sit way too high.

No, just one for the passenger side.. you can install the seat without this, but it'll just chime even with the seat belt buckle clipped, so annoying when driving more than 5mins!
