E90s usually run slightly more aggressive wheels in the rear. (Closer to fender)

Is that mean it will rub on f80s?

There's no one answer I can give you to answer your question, but usually if it's super aggressive already on an e90, you will most likely rub on an f80. You'd need to post up widths and offsets to get a definitive answer.

I made a spreadsheet that calculates the added distance from the fender/suspension. I got the e90 wheel information from E90Post. It looks like all the 18's/19's referenced will fit with considerably more gap from the fender as well as more room from the suspension.

F80 to E90 Spreadsheet

No worries. They make calculators online as well as on our phones. I use "Wheel will fit" on my iPhone. On the internet I've used rimsntires.com and Wheel-size.com

Edit: BTW our stock 19's are
19x9 +29 255/35/19
19x10 +40 275/35/19

That will not work. In the rear it would be like adding 24.4mm to your stock wheels. Fronts would work as it adds 13.4mm. People have run 18mm spacers without issue.

Edit: I did all my calculations with E90 wheels, not E92. Looks like the E92 has a more aggressive rear wheel offset. Stock 9.5" OEM wheels do fit, but those 10.5" ones you posted will not.

18's and 19's for our car has the same offset so the numbers still work out the same.

Actually, it will fit, but it depends on tire size.. is it optimal? No - because I'd prefer a wider tire. However, it will fit, without rubbing if you run similar widths as OEM. I have tried two sets of wheels on my car - 20x10.5 +24 BBS CH-R, with a 285/30/20 tire, and it still has room for possibly a 295. I'm currently running BBS LM-R 20x10 +18 with a 275/30/20 tire, and I don't rub on coilovers. The fitment is tight and it depends on the tire size / type you use. But I have zero rubbing for what it's worth..

For the fitment we usually run on both cars (pretty aggressive), the front will be pretty aggressive and work. As for the rear, it would be poking around 1/2 inch.

What you guys think?

Not going to happen with those wheels.
Edit: was thinking with the wheels you posted. The ones he posted are a couple mm more inside, but still pushing it without running more camber.

Actually, I think James is right. I have 12mm spacers and I have around 12-14mm of space to my fender (static). That's completely stock +12mm spacers. I don't think you'll be able to put on a 295 tire though and it'll be super aggressive.

Plus I'm sure it'll run with bumps.

Also, if you lower it at all then you'll add negative camber and have a little more room.

They are 10.5 +22 vs the 10.5 +24 I was using.. 2mm difference, but I ran a 285, and had room for a 295.. With OEM size tires, a 10.5 +22 will fit, guaranteed.. A few members have already ran the traditional volk TE37s in 19x10.5 +22 with 275 tires and no rubbing. But like I previously stated it's definitely not optimal for wider tires..

Anyways, YMMV.
