Welt complimentary transportation details needed

Couldn't find this particular detail so....

We are arriving in Munich via train (from Frankfurt) to the Hauptbahnhof.

1. Will the Welt pick us up at the train station on a Sunday and deliver us to our hotel?
2. We have a Monday 4 July ED scheduled at the Welt - will the Welt pick us up at our accomodation Monday morning and deliver us to the Welt?

Thanks!
Sam

The welt doesn't provide any of theses services.
BMW on the other hand will give you one or the other through their partner. Info is all in your ED packet.
You basically get one free ride.

Thanks guys. Can't wait. Getting excited. Wife and I will meet my two boys and one of their GFs over there shortly after we p/u the M3. It'll be a bit tight but cozy. But, fortunately the GF is a waif!

Sixt will only give you 1 free ride.. So you can do either, but you have to make arraignment once you get all your paperwork for EU, as others have stated its all via email and the drivers are awesome.

My recommendation is when picking a hotel, pick one that you can take the train or walk to Welt. An just ask the hotel for a late check out or the option to leave you bags at the check in desk while you pick up your car. Then just drive back and get your bags if your not staying at the same hotel the rest of the trip.

Take plenty of pics/video including food and post

Welcome to the family

Thanks for the details Doc. That helps. Good advice on leaving bags at hotel then taking delivery and swinging back by hotel. Beats lugging the luggage!

Have done two other Euro Deliveries with another brand in the 90's and 2000's and simply loved it. What a difference having your own vehicle IN Europe makes.

Wilco on pix and vids!
