Fleet lease transfer

Anyone know if you can transfer BMW Fleet Lease contract like a normal lease contract?

I'm not sure if fleet lease is the same as employee lease. But employee lease in the past could not be transferred the first year. I am sure of this up until the end of 2014 as I was trying to transfer a employee lease from Swapalease and BMW said at least one year must pass. I spoke to someone earlier this year who said they could not be transferred at all now, but the person might've been speaking from his rear.

Employee friends and family lease is 6 months. If you use your fleet discount (1500 off and mf reduction) it can be transferred at any time.
