These are the OEM BMW edition black chrome grill surrounds with OEM matte black centers. I used the BMW edition centers with another set of grills I have.

The right grill is missing one tab, but it doesn't affect fitment in any way whatsoever and will be absolutely secure in the bumper.

There are typical rock chips from everyday driving. I've taken a close up of where one grill has 3 chips but they are hard to see unless you are very close to the car.

Asking $40 shipped. I have itrader feedback of 40 on m3forum.net under the same username (from my e46 m3 days).
