Dinan intake and stage 2 DinanTronics

Hey,

Just picked up my X5M last month and got through break in. Working with Dinan, they installed their new intake and associated Stage 2 tuner for me to test out. I'm very happy with the upgrade so far and plan on exhaust next. I was considering doing the Akrapovic evolution system, but I am leaning toward Downpipes and Dinan muffler.

Anyone else running Downpipes? Had any issues or regrets?

Any noticeable difference in sound with the Dinan intake?

Man I wish they would hurry up and release this. I'm waiting to buy it with S2.

Going to waiting a bit more I am afraid. Waiting for carbon supply to catch up before release. Rather not release with only a handful of products and go to immediate backorder. Learned our lesson on this platform and doing that with the exhaust. =)

How much longer for stage 2? And the filters?

The power increase is huge and I still find it smooth around town. Sound wise, I can hear a slight increase in intake sound and definitely an increase in exhaust note. I'm happy with the results.
