I'm actually wrapping up my third deal over on the GTR forums so I won't be available until the 14th of the month for this deal. As I'm sure you both are aware I will need to either hold the M3 as collateral or the title itself and any liens on the title will need to be disclosed as well as lienholders info and the deal can be completed from there on

It's just standard practice for a settlement agent, he can't get screwed himself holding stuff he doesn't want. But EJT86 appears to be a shady middleman, and for that reason alone, I'm out!
