Road Atlanta
Finally had a chance to drive Road Atlanta. I must admit that out of all the tracks I've been to in the South, this was the most fun. Its very fast and the elevation changes are unlike anything I have experienced before. I had a great time and hope to return soon.
I had a scary moment at 2:18 when a Cayman spun out in front of me at T12 which is a blind downhill turn. Luckily it was off the line. This was not my fastest session but the one that I go on video. Please forgive the cheesy Forza intro and Moby music. Special thanks to M3 Number 86 for the template. |

If you have good brakes, tires and suspension it's really not a problem carrying full throttle around turn 9 and down the hill with braking just before the 300 marker. I always run in MDM mode, so my expect my top speed is not as good as it would be with all nannies off. I top out at around 150. There's a lot of MDM interference coming out of turn 7 in second gear. It continues on until I get into 4th.
