How many miles did your brakes last?

I am ordering an X5M and currently have a 2014 X5 50i with 45k miles. No I don't track my car, just drive it hard and the brakes would warp and start vibrating with high speed braking. I just had my 2nd set of brakes replaced under maintenance warranty. The service and sales techs are telling me that I won't have to replace the brakes on the X5M during my 36 month 60k mile lease. Is that true? When did you need to replace your brakes for the first time? Thank you!

My X5M has 30,000 miles and I didn't replace anything related to the brakes.

Ya pretty sure, mine has 5800 miles, the service indicated front brake in another 25000 miles and rear 18000.

Are brakes not covered by the free service any more? I have a 2015, and I'm fairly sure they're included (so I don't care how long they last.... but I'm at 20K and they're still fine)

Wear and tear items are no longer included for the 2017 models, but you can pay $600 to add them back in.

My 2015 X5 M brakes are much, much better than those on my 2011 X5 50i, with no visible wear on pads or rotors at 17k miles.
