Instrument cluster 'reboot' randomly

I was driving (2016 F82) this morning and stopped at a parking intersection when all displays on in the instrument cluster started turning on and off. This repeated about 10 times (I didn't count). The engine continued to run.

The problem has not reoccurred.

Has anyone else experienced this before?
