new M Roadster for me :)

so I've had a

2005 2.5i black / biege interior Z4 with all the options, for 3 years the lease is expiring now.
I was considering the new M3.

but then decided to get the Z4 M roadster. just ordered it today.

I got another black one. with the spang bronze interior carbon trim. got all the options except for the extended leather.

I got the car at autohaus, Toronto Canada. got 3,500 off the MSRP.
52% residual 1.5% apr ( i got 0.5% loyalty off ).
the MSRP was 72,000 then rolled everything into the lease and got tire insurance and brake/clutch/wiper warranty. rolled into the lease.
I have to buy some winter tires too. since my Z4 17" rims don't fit on the M roadster. I'm gonna roll that into the lease also. since i figured the apr is good might as well keep my money.

the payments ended up at 1180$ a month (still without the winter tires).

yeah yeah I know its cheaper in the US.

I was happy with my old Z4, but i figured for another 300$ a month I could have a new M instead of a 3 year old 2.5i

Also for some reason the insurance on the M roadster was 100$ a year less. the poeple at my insurance company are on crack. I get speeding tickets, they lower the premium. I get a faster car. they lower the premium some more. I guess they don't really care as long as you don't make any claims.

I got the 2.5i in 2005 they didn't have the M roadster yet. but I've wanted one for a while. so now I'm getting it

the only think I'm having second thoughts about are the colors.
my 2005 2.5 is black/biege.

I ordered black/sepang bronze, which is the closest to what i have now. I don't think many people are going to realize i got a new car

my second choice was titanium silver with black. but still I wanted some summery colors. I'm gonna sleep on the color and call them tomorrow.

I'd aim for a M3 or used M5. But I'd love a Z4MR.

Everybody is astonished at the 1,180 but I am astonished at the $880 he was paying for a 2.5i lease! Wowzers!

Right when I start feeling like I got ripped off and paid too much for my car someone comes around and makes me feel better. (I don't care you are in Canada, I am going to ignore that for right now )
