It sounds like it is trying to kick on. It makes a rumbling kind of noise that it shouldn't and I know it is the vents because as soon as I turn it on the noise goes away. If I don't turn it on the noise lasts for about 5 to 6 seconds then stops. What do you think?

I have mine coded to remember the last setting. When I have the vehicle plugged in, sometimes I hear fans running in the engine compartment. I do not hear anything coming from the vents while driving.

Mine remembers the last setting, which is off. I didn't have to code it. It has been that way since day one.

you can code it in module IHKA
Setting 3000 IHKA_Codierdaten - MEMORY_UMLUFT and OFF_MEMORY it remembers last a/c setting and recirculating (is this the right word?) setting. please note that this coding has a "little issue". on start of your car AC is going to recalibrate under 1500RPM for ~ 1 minute (ac will blink) and then it turns off. |
