F#cking Pothole!!!
I hit a pothole in Kenmore Sq today trying to avoid another pothole
So, I scraped the corner of the plastic peice behind the bumper and there's a little tear along the side...anyone know what's in there? It looks like its underneath the radiator...

welcome to the northeast... where many tires and rims perish.

Go to RealOEM.com with your VIN and search that body region. The site has two-dimensional drawings with every part labeled.
Good luck! |

Man- that sucks! I dodge potholes as a hobby here in Chicago. I cracked a wheel on another car this winter b/c of a pothole- not a cheap one either.
Good luck with the repair. |

I tried that...couldn't find anything...I'll take another look at it today...it's just a plastic panel...i'm mostly sure it's there to keep dirt out of the radiator.

Good thing it was just a plastic piece...I blew 2 wheels and separated tires because of this craters (they are not potholes anymore) here in West L.A...

Yeah...it was right after a light, so I wasn't going that fast...maybe 10-20 mph...and most of the lane was all jacked up...so I try to avoid most of it, but heard the scrape and was like

I feel you man, that's why i use caution and try to memorize all the potholes but the they spread like wild fire...one other problem here in SoCal is they tear out the road and once their done they leave it like nobody's business...

I just replaced 1 run flat tire ($400.00) on my 335i due to bubble from hitting pot holes. Now I need to replace the other 2 cause they have bubbles. SHIT!
NJ is the reason my Z4M rattles and everything is loose.
