Should I junk it or repair it?

I have a 2011 M3 that's been involved in an accident and he car sustained some damage to the bottoms part of the frame. I don't know if I should try and get someone to repair it or if I should just sell it

Thanks!

The guy who got in to the accident I'm assuming tried to fix it with out the insurance company trying to find out so I'm not actually sure. What I'm considering is selling this and grabbing a 5 series as a daily or trying to fix this. Though I'm aware that the car has a unibody frame, maybe it is possible to weld over this to make it structurally sound? Sure it won't be like OEM but the car right now runs fine but I'm just not so sure if I really want to be "risking it for the biscuit"

Edit: all those pics are taken from under the passenger side almost directly below the passenger seat.

Here's the previous owner with his new car LOL . He's at it again . It looks like the same type of damage that was done to your car OP.

Frame damage is hard to get right and expensive. I say sell it and find a well taken care or M.
