USA vs Euro software?

Hey does anyone know why the euro M3 has a few more hp? If it's just a matter of DME software we should be able to flash it with WinKfpt to euro software.

It's because Europeans measure horsepower using the German DIN scale, while in the US we use SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers). This is why our cars are rated at 414 bhp while the European car is rated at 420 bhp. Same power, different scale.
