I would like to know what you all would think I can get for my M3. I don't want to get rid of her, but in order for me to be better prepared to buy a home its a necessary move. The mods list includes:

Black Extended leather with carbon trim
102,000 miles (my daily)
DCT
Carbon fiber roof
BMW carbon spoiler
Technology package
Comfort package
Cold package
Premium sound
H&R springs
Vossen 20" wheels with new tires 305 rear 245 front.
OEM Euro Lci taillights
Stage II BPM tune (93 octane, cold start rev limit, removal of heat seq.)
BPM coding including Euro MDM and DVD in motion
BPM DCT tuning
Eisenmann Race
Turner test pipes (original cats still avail.)
Color matched side markers
Hardwired V1 (v1 not included)
Ipod integration

Nice looking car. Unless you find the right buyer you probably won't be able to get anything extra for your hardware mods. In short, you might make out better putting the car back to stock and parting out what you can take off (exhaust and wheels). Just a thought. I'm guessing that you could get high twenties for the car with stock wheels and stock exhaust. GLWS

It's a 2009. I edited the original post. I'll have to look into making it stock again but I'd definitively need a few things.

I'm guessing that you could get high twenties for the car with stock wheels and stock exhaust with clean Carfax. If you don't have the stock exhaust and wheels I might just sell it as is. It's got a lot of miles on it so you will probably get low balled on the price. GLWS

Every time I see an M3 with over 100-110k miles are usually priced under 26K. People are also so skeptical about high miles on a M car.

Are you sure that 20k will make a difference when buying a house?
You will still need to get a different "daily".
Unless you want/need to get rid of this car, my advice is to keep it.
When you are all done with purchase of the house you might regret letting go of the M3. And it will be difficult to find a worthy replacement for the money.

It probably does not affect the sale price, but your car does NOT have Extended Leather!

I'm agreeing with you. I'll edit it if needed. I basically added my own information to the post that the original owner had. I knew that going into the purchase of it. I won't be putting that in the ad.
