Garage List
Had the Sport looked like this, I would have picked it for sure.

A big contender to replace my wife's SUV. She already told me that she loved it from the videos and websites, and she's not even a car person. I will wait for the second year model, though.

It really does appear to take all the best things about their lineup and roll it into one.

I like a shifter tho.

Companies are stepping up their game in the SUV section. BMW really needs to step it up for the next gen X3 and X5.

I dig it... I hope it looks as good in real life as it does in the photos. The most impressive portion is the tech is finally befitting of a luxury brand. putting in a Nav unit from a 2008 Jaguar in a 2014-2016 model is just pure horse sh!t.

I think it looks fantastic and really surprised how far the product leaped forward with this machine. However, it is not in the same competitive class size as the X5 from what I can tell. Also no V8 so it will not be an option for my garage. This is the F-Pace platform and more closely competes with the X3. I almost purchased a RRS V8SC twice and the tech was so far behind my Ford pickup it was ridiculous, and yes I know the MY17 RRS has a new Drive Pro system and Velar seems to kick that ass. The dealers were absolutely incompetent and I could not tolerate their ignorance about the products they supposedly represented. Appears they are now on the right path but this is a smaller vehicle that lacks a +400HP engine option so not X5 competition IMO.

More of a direct competitor to the x3 x4 I think
It's coming with a 380ps supercharged engine
It just looks so slick
Hi def info system

Yup......this fits into the Macan, X3/4 and Q5 segment.

Touch screen overload though.......and far too much semi-autonomous tech as standard, which is not for me.

And you have to pay out for the 4x4 oily bits which should be standard on a RR product.

So, for me, I've got to pay extra for the stuff I want, and put up with sheds loads of stuff as standard that I don't want.

I'm sure they will sell like hot cakes though.

I like it a lot. But, only 300 BHP in diesel and price to high. Good spec X6 M50d £76-78K, launch edition RR £84K.
