Beautiful wheels. One of my favorite BBS designs. Wish they were e92M3 fitment.

See with the slightly smaller lip in the front and the drastic lip in the rear, coupled with the 1Ms big fenders, it looks a little odd. The RG797 rears in 19x9.5 have a bigger lip than the fronts but not as huge as the older model. The changed these to clear bigger brakes in the newer cars. That's what I mean about these being the newer, current model. Last edited by nachob; 04-04-2017 at 09:37 AM.. |

I actually have the brand new BBS PFS spacer and BBS bolts too. If you were interested, I would include them with the wheels. I bought a 5mm and 10mm spacer for the fronts and ended up going with 5mm. I just mounted them once, drove the car so the front settles after jacking up. I then took them off and went with 5mm. The BBS spacer kit and bolts cost $120. They also are actual BBS made in Germany specific for these wheels. They are completely hub-centric and beautifully machined. You can also get the RG779H which is what you see on the rear of my 1M. It's a 19x10 ET 25 and fits without spacers but the lip is very large and I think the RG779 matches the RG796 front better. The other advantage with getting the RG797 with the spacer, is that if you ever sell the car or the wheels, they will also fit Non-M E90 and F30 BMWs! |
