This is one of the last e90 m3's.

Includes two year/unlimited mileage warranty on new engine. It suffered a rod bearing failure at 53k miles and was replaced at Sterling BMW in Newport. Engine has 100 miles on it so you can break it in how you’d prefer. This would have been a $33k repair.

Maintenance plan has just expired so the car has followed the maintenance schedule, all performed at BMW dealerships (have all service records). Tires in great shape and just had an alignment.

Located in Los Angeles. Registration through January 2018. Clean title--no accidents.

Is the motor a rebuilt one or real oem brand new? Was it done under warranty or did you have to pay for it? cost? That is a pretty good deal and I might be interested given new motor,

I think all motors are factory refurbished, but basically brand new. We struck a deal where I paid 30%. Total cost was over $30k.
