are these plastic dipped or power coated?

They are definitely not plasti-dipped. They were like this when I bought the car so I'm not sure if they are painted or powder coated. Either way it was a professional job and the finish is not prone to scratching or chipping.

Use the VIN checker against your last 7 digits, some did come with the black 220m from the factory.
