194201 Tank Leakage Module

Friend had JB4 and down pipes installed and we didn't have auto-clear enabled. Thought the CEL was due to that reason so enabled it in dash. CEL still didn't clear (No limp modes) so we read the codes and got the ones in the screenshot.

Any idea what 194201 is? I'm assuming the others are auto-clear down pipes and emissions codes.
