Does this come with the wiring harness and carbon trim that one would get when purchasing it brand new?

My main concern is the wiring harness
Without the wiring harness nothing works.

The wheel only includes the wiring harness. I'm certain the wheel is wired for paddle shifters, but I'm unsure about heat and vibration. I can take more pictures of the wire loom upon request.

You lose heat, not sure about vibration.

i see the internal wiring harness for airbag and vibration control and paddles.
what i am talking about it the long wiring harness that i believe goes all the way to the DME.
example the harness in the bag to the left of the wheel

I realize I may have spoke incorrectly. The wiring harness that you are referring to is not included. However, there is wiring that comes with the steering wheel. I have pictured everything included in the sale.

The wiring kit is required to properly install the steering wheel and make it work... I don't think one can purchase the wiring separately from BMW... any remedies?

No offense but there's a lot of stuff missing from the original 1600 price tag tbh you add back all the other stuff and it's almost like new price. Imo unless you include the original harness plus the front trim that's also missing this is maybe 600 for a price tag

I have been searching for a few days for the harness part number and it seems it cannot be purchased.

I had the same issue with one of these I purchased. without the wire harness and the small module that sends the info to the steering wheel this is completely useless. The sad part is not even bmw sells the part. it has a part number but does not have a price listed. I got my steering wheel for $750 but returned it when I couldn't find nothing to make it work.
