Don't worry OP he talked shit on my thread to and didn't buy them either. I got more than $700 by the way for the same wheels and yours are for sure in better shape.

Check this out its easiest to see the difference, the real question is why did bmw bother to make two extremely similar wheels

@Crawlin, your handle should be called Trolling instead. I wanted wheels without tires and definitely not runflats. There were two California sets in gray for lower price, and still haven't found a set of silver bare 219's that were worth buying and for a price worth paying.
This set's also on local Craigslist. Started at $1200, price already dropped to $1000.

The SF Craigslist posting expired. This one in San Jose just came up
https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/wto/6143640757.html

Either the prices drop, or the ad gets relisted endlessly. Runflats are like the plague, no one wants them who knows the difference, and many sellers sabotage getting a quick sale because they turn down offers to sell the wheels separately.
There's a set of RD's on Craigslist, 18x8.5 ET13, for almost a year that will be just right on my E60. Seller is still trying to bundle overcooked and too narrow old Contis. Price has come down from >$1300 to currently asking $800, still no takers.

So you saw on Craigslist Contis and you were saying initially that was the same set as mine? Doesn't make sense to me.

IMO, unless you need the money badly, just hang on to them. Wheels without tires are selling at $700 or so, and not a lot of people want them. Your TPMS alone are worth $200. So you're selling these at severe discounts, even at $1000.

You can try to cross list on non M3 part of the bimmerpost forums. There's some 328i owners who are doing crazy fender rolling and spacers to get these wheels to fit, and they wouldn't want your tires either b/c they won't fit. These will also fit the E89 Z4M cars.

The market for ZCPs are better and easier. I would say, hold on to these, then when time comes to sell car, return the 219's back and sell your ZCPs, it'll be a easier and less discounted sale. That's what I plan on doing. I"ve been storing my 219s since 2013. Used ZCPs (if you bought them used too), are selling 90 cents on the dollar, almost amounts to a free rental. Used ZCP have always sold around $1500-$2000 range depending on quality of tires.

Thanks for your advice!

I don't really need money badly, just wanted to avoid for storing these for years in my garage. But I may do that, will see.

You really don't need to do what's suggested on a 328i to use them (unless it's an LCI which I think has a wider rear track by 10mm or so -- then I'm not sure). With the proper size tires (225/40, 255/35) these fit fine with no issues (have them on my 328i E91).

I've always had terrible luck trying to sell wheels with tires mounted, and very few people want to pay the retail shipping costs such weight entails. I've sold multiple sets of wheels in the past three years and shipped all of them. I've cleaned them completely with iron-x, front and back; taken lots of pictures; and offered to ship them. I've only sold one pair locally -- all the others went around the country.

If these were made in a 19 they'd be sold fast, I would buy a set for my E92 if they were 19's since they look super nice. These are great for 3.0si Z4's as a smaller wheel helps that car out. You can tell the difference pretty easy if you look at the wheels next to each other.

So you think there will be a demand for these from Z4 owners?
