Remus Race Exhaust on the Track

On my 2nd time out on the track, I decided to get a mic hooked up to my exhaust so I can hear it get wrung out instead of listening to a bunch of wind! Excuse the take-it-easy style driving. Not used to driving in MDM mode and didn't want to get a black flag

Nice! I recognize the Ridge. Drove there myself with the PCA on the 13th.

I might just do that. It looks like a good program.

Tomorrow I'll be at Pacific at the PCA women's day (as an instructor, not a woman). My daughter will be returning to the track after a 5-year hiatus, either driving my M3 (if it rains) or my Porsche Cayman track car (if it's dry).

Oops--sorry to hijack the thread.

What course is that in Bellevue? Will be in Everett for a week and would love to get on a west coast track.

Hey there! Bought the spark plugs off of you haha. It's the Ridge Motorsports Park in Shelton, WA. Quite a ways south from Everett.

Oh yeah!

Dang. Was hoping to get to something cool out there. Know if any good competitive kart tracks near Seattle?

Pacific Raceways's PGP Motorsports Park is the one that comes to mind. I've never been on it but I hear good things about their kart track. Pacific Raceways and The Ridge are the two major tracks in WA, and unfortunately they're not very close to Everett. PGP is at least half the distance of The Ridge, though. However, if you're going to take your M3 or whatever car you have now out to a track, the Ridge is well worth the drive. SCCA is holding another one of these events like in my video on July 27th. Not sure when you'll be over here.

I'll just be there for this week, and no car so I'd have to rent maybe a rental mustang or Camaro haha.

No sweat though. May hit up that PGP kart track. Looks fun

I'll be ordering this exhaust really soon and plan to pair it with a resonator delete. I'm hoping it will be loud enough!

I wound up getting out to PGP. I meandered on over to pacific raceways, and talked to the school instructor and he was SO close to letting me rent a car and taking it out....but he said since I haven't been on that course before I couldn't.

Lame.

Great video! I'll be at the Ridge for the two day Audi event this weekend. Anyone else here going?
