Fueling questions

So I'm mapping out modding plans and so far it reads Pure Hi-flo turbos, exhaust, intakes, port injection, bm3 and jb4. The Fuel-it pi kit looks really well put together. I'm wondering if i could just transfer the injectors, rail, etc over to the eos manifold?

Also, would I need the upgraded lpfp to run 100% e85 with the platinum kit and turbos?

And would i need the bigger 750cc injectors?
