Just got my car back from 10K service and it sounds like a monstrous V8 now!

Guys what would make my M3 which has a Turner mid pipe and Miltek rear sound at least 50% louder than when I dropped it off yesterday? I have no idea what they did at the dealership but the noise is crazy, part of me kind of likes it but the inside of the car vibrates and it's super loud when I roll the windows down. Even the sports button which engages the flaps doesn't seem to work. It only went in for an oil change!! Any thoughts?

Actually I wish it was, power seems to be down low end and there is a lot of vibration inside, the rear view mirror is vibrating so bad it's hard to see clearly out of it..

I suspect the valve that control the flap is out. Keep us posted how it goes with the service dept.

Or maybe they just didnt not put oil at all and your pissed off engine is echoing and vibtating the entire cabin 🤣😭😂

Yeah I haven't had the best experience with them. Wouldn't recommend anyone use this dealership!

well thats a bummer... i took my m4 to the 2k service next day i got a call that the fuel pump somehow broke overnight..
never went to that dealer afterwars...
but sounds like your car would stay in cold start mode the whole time ?

So it ended up being a clamp that got hit when they took my car through the car wash, the clamp got loosened so it sounded like it was an exhaust leak.. they took care of it..
