Lost my F80 in the Houston floods

Hey all, I'm sorry for posting this in haste and likely in the wrong area. My M3 is totalled from the floods in Houston and i need to search for and purchase a replacement soon. Do we have folks on here that work in sales and help our members with good pricing etc? I have a good amount on my plate to worry about and am wondering if a forum member could help make the car replacement process a bit less cumbersome than it could otherwise be. I'm so sorry to be asking for a hand.

I'll be checking the forum intermittently; my primary focus is on the house etc. My thoughts are with others that have been affected.

Are you leasing or buying? Did insurance give you a quote yet?

OP, sorry to hear about your loss. I saw the one guy that put all three of his BMW's on jack stands, trailers, etc. but figured not everyone would be as fortunate...

I've bought two cars from David in the past and reached out to him before placing my current order. He is far from the best deal nowadays.

I suggest shopping around.

Thanks for the suggestion but I don't think you got the point of my original post.

Thanks for the advice and kind words thus far everyone - it's been a hell of an ordeal, and maybe I'll type up the story of the actual day of the rescue etc. Like multiple folks have said having your safety/health is the most important thing, and my family (and dogs!) are so lucky to say we have that, so I actually feel very fortunate.

Are you a member of the M Gruppe? If so you can receive fleet pricing and should contact BMW West.

Sorry to hear about your losses during this catastrophic storm. I'm in Bellaire and this area was decimated by the storms. I got my F80 up on jack stands and that was enough to save it.
