Noise thats comes and goes at highway speeds

Hey guys, I'm hearing this noise only on highway speeds (50mph+) that sounds like a "whub whub whub" that slowly increases intensity in sound and then completely goes silent but it rinses and repeats the whole time I'm traveling at that speed. I'm thinking a wheel bearing but it would make the sound consistently throughout.

Let me know what you guys think! Tires are brand new MPSS, no shaking or vibrations in the steering wheel.

I had a similar 'wah wah wah' noise on old Contisport DW's which varied with speed. I changed all 4 corners to PS4S and had a 4 wheel alignment which cured it.
