KW V3 Settings

Just put on some KWV3 shocks on my car with some linear Swift 400/700 springs. Just wanted to see what settings people are running before my first track day with them as a starting point to get these dialed in as quickly as possible.

Preferably people with the linear swift conversion with rates near mine

Start with recommended settings from KW and dial up from there. You will likely need a lot more rebound damping and maybe just a bit more compression damping.
