Saw a Lime Rock Edition in Mukilteo WA
Yesterday, 9/29/17, at a Starbucks. Car had VA plates. New in town or just passing through?

Very cool Terry, only a select few humans would know what was sitting there. You being one out of a thousand. That would have made my day spotting a Lime Rock Edition.

There is a Seattle physician than owns one and drives it to work every day. Seeing that orange beauty roll through Seattle traffic occasionally is a treat.

Anytime you guys want to see a LRE M3, just come down to West German BMW in Fort Washington, PA. The owner of the dealer has had one sitting inside the dealership since new. There is also a GTS and an e30 m3 (IIRC). The LRE always gets my attention when I pass by the dealer.

Lime Rock Editions are a matter of personal taste. When I ordered my M3, there was a Lime Rock on the showroom floor. It was still there when my car was delivered.

When I first saw the photo it looked like it was taken by paparazzi from higher up than the car was located. Tree stand sounded funnier. They are cool looking.
