M3 Good Deal
I had an e92 M3 before and sold it for financial reasons. I have bounced back and recovered. Debated gettng a C63s coupe, but thought of dealing with 35k in depreciation over before I sold it in 3 years was to much. Then I found this beauty am I am considering it, Thoughts? and what would be a reasonable offer?

Looks good...Black Extended Leather is rare, only option that I don't see is Automatic High Beams!

Looks like a solid deal to me considering it is a 2013 with that low mileage.

Pretty good price, assuming it was taken care of (maintenance records/no major accidents).

A clean 1 owner car with only 26K miles is worth a premium. I'm not sure you can't get it for less than the asking price, so you should make the dealer an offer and see what happens. Fair market value from a dealer is between $37,000 and $40,000 so this car is reasonably priced.

Don't want to be harsh but tend to agree. If it turns out to be a great deal you couldn't judge yourself, should one trust strangers it is, or handing it to them instead. Tricky one.

It hasn't been owned by anyone since 2016 if you look at the carfax, confirmed with dealer. Already called them this morning, said they will get back to me and see what they can take off the price. Trying to see if I can haggle a couple thousand off before I commit.

But I also see 2013/2013 in 50k miles going in the high 20's, low 30's. Basically 25% of car value after a year or two of use. I could get something that doesn't really depreciate like a nice watch, or throw the money into an IRA in exchange for more miles.

Looks pretty good to me. I just picked up my 2012 White ZCP with 39k miles for $38k 2 months ago.

Looks like a clean car and decent deal, though it definitely needs new tires on at least one axle. There's dry rot in one picture. I'd use that to get the price reduced.
I'd also get a thorough PPI from an indy BMW shop or the nearest BMW dealer to be sure. You never know...

If that car checks out and you have to pay $39k I wouldn’t be scared of it. Seems the popularity is strong for these cars right now. I always say I’d rather pay a few thousand more than miss a good car over a few thousand. What’s the experience of driving that car and enjoying it worth? Sometimes passing on a good deal makes you jump on the next deal and not get as good of a car as the one you missed.

Fair points, but remember that only people at the two extremes tend to write Yelp reviews: people who truly hate the dealer, and people who fawn over it. I'm not saying to totally ignore those, but one person whose repair took longer than promised isn't enough of a reason to stay away from the sales department.

Other than the dry rot on that tire, I can't find a single flaw on that car from the photos.
I just paid $38,800 for 2013 E92 M3 Comp Pkg, DCT, 25K miles, so it's priced right!

They'll have to be replaced right away so try to get some discount. Good luck and hope you get the car, assuming everything checks out.
