new owner of a E93

After many years of admiring M3s I finally set myself up right to finally own one! I was active duty in the Air Force while stationed in Germany and Japan. I've owned a 1992 R32 GT-R, that was a very fun car but a sports car of that age are more often in the garage being worked on than being driven and enjoyed. As a "noob", I haven't had time to peruse the forums about common problems and remedies yet. The first day I had it I was coming to a stop while on the highway and the engine stalled and noticed a harsh lifter clicking and noticed that the oil reader on the dash was trying to read the oil status. That night I put a hefty amount down for a 4 year warranty, you can't put a price on piece of mind! Well, thank you for accepting me into your community and look forward to reading your posts and gaining some much needed experience.

Welcome fellow drop-topper! Don't listen to the 400lbs comments, the exhaust audio upgrade is worth the tradeoff!
