E90 M3 Plugs at 90,000 klm's

Hi All

Just giving an update. Had the dreded engine light and power reduced warning. Many diagnosed as replacing the throttle control actuators. But after changing the Plugs and a reset all is well again. And drives better than ever. No more erratic idles at cold start up.
So I guess the lesson is do the basics first!

Here are the Plugs. NOTE the left hand bank have a build up.

Huh? Since when do you have to change spark plugs? I simply change rod bearings and leave all the rest alone...

Oil gets better with age, right?

Looks like your valve cover gasket is leaking oil into the spark plug holes. I would get that changed at some point if I was you.
