Drivetrain Malfunction-multiple codes fired

Keep firing the check engine light. Unlike the couple of times before with recycle the codes go away these are sticking and keeping me in limp mode

Prob not going to dealer since I a pretty modded. Just need to figure out what’s going on. Getting rough idle also

High flow down pipes
Race chip ultimate- unplugged and still firing codes
Rk front mount intake- installed around 2500 miles ago. Thought this might be the issue but no hiccups since install

Will check all connections tomorrow. Any help to what these are related too would much appreciated

That does act like a sensor wire is unplugged or a sensor went bad. I would triple check the tmap connections to the RC harness, the maf sensor connections and any other sensor that you unplugged first.
