Can't find a used AW or YMB M3 with 6MT and ZCP

I am in the market for a '16 or '17 M3 with ZCP, but I am unable to find AW or YMB with 6MT. Am I better off sacrificing the color I really want or sacrificing the Competition Package? Which one will I regret more?

Things to keep in mind:
- This will be a weekend car for me only, not my DD.
- I live in NJ so not the best roads, but definitely not the worst either (nothing like NYC) so the 20s shouldn't be any issue with ride quality in my area.
- I will not be tracking the car, just weekend fun factor.

You may as well get Cp. The value of wheels alone will be worth it in your case. Cp is slightly firmer but neither car is plush riding when roads are bumpy.

Why do you "need" the extra performance if you aren't tracking and only driving on the weekends?

Competition Package, I would recommend that. Extra hp, 20" wheels, different seats, better exhaust sound.

I feel like this is one of those trick questions your wife asks you. There's no right answer. So my answer is - do whatever makes you happy. Am I right?

Ok, so you're in NJ. I just searched out mine since my dealer had no allocations. Found it in Delaware, and dealer was able to get it. Use Bimcar.com to search with the options you want. I am seeing quite a few AW and a couple YAS M3's out there, 2018, ZCP, 6 speed. Now many of them have other options as well so you'll need to narrow it down. Have you gone to a dealer and had them search for you? If money is not an issue, go for a 2018 already on the ground. Seems to be plenty of them out there with what you want!

This one's in NJ! (YAS)

A white M3 is the most common color on autotrader. You may have to settle for Mineral White instead of Alpine White but the odds of finding a 6MT + ZCP greatly increased since you’re in the market for a white vehicle.

Non-CP, DCT in a color you hate is the way to go.

Seriously, you just need to figure out your highest priority or two highest priorities and see what’s available with that filter to make a choice from there. Only you can determine what you value more.

Well if 6mt if your #1 priority then that is where you start. Already greatly reduces the number of cars available. Then just go from there based on mileage/condition, price, color, options, etc. If 6mt is the only true must have for you then I would just keep an eye out for the best example you can find, regardless of color or options.

How far are willing to travel? Here is one here in Raleigh, NC. I went and looked at this car Saturday. I didn't drive it but visually I couldn't find anything wrong with it inside or out.

It sucks that he's a little late to the ballgame. Back in Nov/Dec, people were paying around this price for a brand new 2018 due to the rich incentives. If I opted for a 6MT, this would have been my price before taxes.

Right I am seeing that now which makes me want to just hope they will put some good incentives out before end of production and get a new 18 if not wait till a perfect used one comes along for a good price

If you're buying, not eligible for loyalty, and live in the right region of the country the incentives this month are better. There's a 4k rebate for purchases in at least parts of the east coast.

I talked to a salesman about the M3 I linked above. I think they would be willing to move some on that price.

I can only currently get $2000 cash Incentive and $750 Loyalty...To be clear you mean $4000 Incentives are coming in February or currently out...I dont see anywhere by me (NJ) that has $4000 if anyone has info on this let me know please.
