Does the 2018 F15 support automatic steering at highway speeds?

I rented a 2017 bmw 520d in Berlin this weekend and discovered that it was able to auto steer on the autobahn at 160 kph. I tried to lookup this feature, i think its called 'Steering and Lane Control Assistant'. Im awaiting delivery of my 2018 f15 which has all driving assistance options installed. Will it be able to auto steer like the 520d on the highway?

if you have ACC+Stop & Go and all the Driver assist packages, then it is possible to retrofit and code for Traffic Jam Assistant. However this is steering at low speeds, not high speeds.

Ok thanks. Thats so disappointing to hear as it was seriously awesome, I believe this is a good enough reasons to wait for the G05 if anyone is considering purchasing now and drives long distances.

I drove from Berlin to Munich and around 80% of the time the system was active together with ACC at around 160 km/h (on authobahn) and all I did was gently rest a few fingers on the base of the steering wheel. My wife commented several times that the car auto-steering was much smoother than manual (and I try hard to steer as smoothly as possible as she suffers a lot from car nausea).
