Clear coat peeling off rims

I did a search and found nothing. Has anyone has the clear coat start peeling off their rims? I have the silver 19's and it seems to be only on the metal section, the painted sections seem ok.

I will try to see what the dealer says but I can see the reply already, oh, it's from incorrect cleaner used or whatever. Don't use any harsh chemical on the rims and neither does my detailer. We shall see...
