Tail of the dragon in my E90 M3.

Finally made a trip to the Tail of the dragon in the M3. 1800MI roundtrip, left Friday and came back 3AM monday. This car is literally the best car I have owned to date, no other way to describe it. We stopped at Front Royal VA, hit the skyline drive then blue ridge parkway. I attached some photos, total fuel bill was $226, not bad.

A few years back I started south on Skyline Drive from Front Royal, VA - simply gorgeous! The roads and surrounding areas were so clean and well kept - you could see the PRIDE they took in preserving the natural beauty of the mountains. I encountered some black bear cubs walking alongside the road. My plan was to drive Skyline Drive down to the Blue Ridge Parkway, but it's like 400 miles! After 6 hours I headed for Deals Gap and Shady Valley, TN. If you haven't driven these 4 roads, you don't know.
