BSM Without Tint?

Moved into a new car that is BSM. Last black car I owned had tinted windows. I was 22. I am older now (late 30s). Can I get away with not tinting my BSM or is that sacrilege?

I’ve had a BSM for years and keep putting it off, lol.

This. What on earth does age have to do with anything?

Tint greatly reduces the interior temperature in a hot climate and has the benefit of looking good too.

I still like a light tint. The dark 5% is what is considered to be amateur IMO.

A light tint like 35 or 40% looks classy imo. Nothing wrong with that. It's functional as well it will protect the interior from uv rays and keep the interior temps cooler. Plus if you have kids it will reduce glare in the rear of the car. I'm in my 40s and just got my F80 done with 35% and it looks great.

My last F80 was BSM and I did 50% 3M color stable, which was dark enough to get rid of the fishbowl while still looking OEM. But I know what you mean OP, my new one is alpine white and I haven't tinted yet. Gonna keep it fishbowl for now.
