Purchased jb4,bcm,rev3 obd2 for M5/M6 from DenverF10M5 little while ago. Ended up doing full tune and never actually used jb4. I would normally keep it and add meth later but my car needs a full brake job 😖

JB4 did not work... shipped it back to seller and he kept saying he issued a refund but per Paypal, he had not... had to escalate it to Paypal in order to get my money back.

The car would not turn on and the bluetooth module would not connect to my phone... Checked all the connectors and made sure everything was connected properly... After inspecting the wires, there was several pinched wires near the aluminum box that may have been the culprits.

Refund was applied Im sorry it took some time and didn't intend for that.
I called paypal regarding it.
(update) after some research it appears I didn't use the correct number and they are not associated with disputes.

I should have verified it was in 100% working order and I would have caught the issue.

And I should have found the correct number to work with the claims/disputes department. I dropped the ball, I feel bad about it and I would not have appreciated and would have felt duped as well. Hopefully people can understand that I made a mistake unintentionally.
Funds were refunded although they took longer than they should have to occur.
I am sending the unit back to Berger.
