Help With Wheel Specs

Hi Guys,

I need help with some wheel specs. I am selling wheels from my F15/X5 and have a local buyer who wants EXACT specs, like offset, etc. I purchased them from CarID and only seem to have RANGES listed from CarID, pictured below. I know some of you are experts on this stuff and was hoping for some answers. Thanks!

The manufacturer should be able to get give you exact specs on the rims, but look on the inside of the rims and see it its stamped anywhere.
