How many miles on new tires?

I have about 17k on my tires now.
No track days. No burn-outs.

I figured I'd have to replace the tires around 20k

Curious what others have done.

My PSS lasted less than 4K miles. 1 wet and 3 dry DE and the front outer shoulder was about to cord.

I usually get 8-10k miles, and a few DEs on Dunlop zII or RE11 type tires, and am buying 1-2 sets of tires a year

17k or 18k on my previous coupe - don't remember exactly. I prefer to replace around 4/32 or so and don't like going all the way down to 2/32.

I remember at least one other thread on this topic around somewhere.

I bought a 2018 M3 CP 2 months ago with 2k miles.... 4 k miles now. My left rear is corded and my right rear not far behind. Do I drive too fast

Crazy... tires were ok when I bought the car. Fronts are ok.

This is seriously bad. I've had many high HP cars and this is a record.

17-18k miles in rear tires is insane. I would love to get that kind of life out of mine but so far it has been more like 12k give or take.

Yeah, I'm at about 18k.

No burnouts or track days and I still have plenty of tread left.
