Apple CarPlay without 6CP Embedded

I have an 2015 m3 without the 6cp coding. What are the ways for adding CarPlay?

Pre-LCI (before 2016) cars need to upgrade their head units to get carplay from BMW but it's a huge project. If you are willing to do an aftermarket solution (adding a carplay module to your car like Unichip it's much cheaper and easier. There are plenty of guys discussing this in the f30 forum. You should check them up.

you don't have the hardware, it will cost you approx. 750 from bimmertech
