Imola Red vs. Avus Blue
I'm having a difficult time to pick which one to go with, my previous F30 was Melbourne Red but I could not pass up the Imola Red on F80
Vehicles details Imola Red 6MT Comp & Exec package, Apple Carplay Driving assistance Avus Blue DCT Comp & Exec package, Apple Carplay Driving assistance My previous F80 was 6MT and both of the cars have similar options and never own any cars with blue color but Imola Red is so striking.

Don't know if this helps, but I visited Rusnak on Black Friday and they had a small fleet of M3s in stock, including an avus blue Comp. It was stunning.
They were offering $7k off the sticker on the car - I would have bought it if I hadn't found a better deal on a convertible M4. Could make a fun drive back to the Bay Area for you: https://www.rusnakonline.com/new/BMW...ab17a5f919.htm |

My vote goes to Imola I love Avus, but I think it works better on the coupe versus the sedan.

I've seen both colors at the same time on F80's and the Avus would be my choice. The Imola just didn't seem like anything special, just a red BMW, but the Avis was gorgeous. I even came close to trading in my SSII. It comes down to personal choice though. How important is the transmission choice and do you like red better then blue? Are you ready to switch it up and go with blue or do you want to go red - your old tried and true? Either way congratulations on having such a wonderful dilemma.

I'm biased of course as an Avus F80 owner but the other factors could definitely swing the vote:
- I had 2 DCT E90s and am very happy I went 6mt this time around. I am also not opposed to rev match feature - i'm in northeast and will drive it year-round so avus would be easier to keep clean vs Imola. But if u are in Cali and can hand wash often that's a different story... Just loaded more pics to my ED thread if you want to do more research MY18 Avus Blue F80 ZCP - Order Timeline and ED Journal https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1458863
