Tire Pressure Variance

Does anyone else have a variance between what the iDrive TPMS displays vs. a handheld digital device for measuring pressure?

TPMS on car registers 2psi lower for each tire than the handheld. Which one is correct in your opinion?

I've played around with my tpms on the idrive screen but I never compared to an actual digital tire pressure gauge. I can try later today.

Thank you - Today was my first time to measure via iDrive too. Will be interested to learn what you observed.

I'm 2-4 PSI off, the iDrive reads lower than several handhelds. I've done the reset several times ... same results.

The Motorrad side of the house reports tire pressure references to 68F. Meaning that if it's 78 the tire will measure 1psi higher but report the pressure corrected to 68. I don't know enough about the cars to know if they same thing, but it wouldn't surprise me if they did.
