Misalign wiper arm with rotor screw - easy fix?

Apology if some of the terms that I used is a bit confusing.

I washed my car the other day and when I lifted the wiper arm on the driver's side up, it seems like I did it a bit to much that it kinda dislocate the arm and the screw. I could see the rotor and the screw move fine but my wiper arm only moves up a little. I tried taking out the rubber piece along with the washer, push down the arm a bit and put the rubber piece back in. The wiper arm was able to perform some wipes before getting stuck again.

Does anyone know if this should be an easy fix and any guidance, or it has to be the dealership thingy? I'm not really a handy man either

Thanks in advance! Gonna try to take some pictures later today.
