Woo Hoo! 2018 X5 35i from 2014 X5 50i
Just picked up a 2018 X5 xDrive 35i two weeks ago. Actually a pretty decent deal:
12, 142 Miles Mineral White Mocha Nappa Leather Executive Package Luxury Seating Package Driving Assistance Harman Kardon Sound 4 Zone Climate Heated Rear Seats, Ventilated and Heated Front Seats, Heated Steering Apple Car Play Surround View Camera M Sport Package w/ Staggered Black Wheels It was owned by one of our local doctors who traded it in for a 2019 X5 50i. He wanted something with more "oomph" - My Price: $53,000 It looks barely driven! I was thinking it HAD to be in wreck or something... couldn't find anything that would indicate that. Actually, the only things that I could find was a very light door ding on passenger side, scuff on fender well and a couple of small rock chips on hood. I've already had the door ding fixed. Anyway, I have a couple of questions... On my 2014 50i, I could just press down on my iDrive knob and swap between birds eye view and rear view when the cameras were active. I can't seem to do that with the new car. I have to "turn off" the rear view camera be selecting it on the iDrive screen. Anyone know if there's a shortcut for that? Also, do you prefer using a ipod touch connected via USB or a USB stick with the music and playlist files? |

Congrats. Seems we have a number of folks go from an older 50i to a newer 35i on these forums.
I use an iPod with USB.
