f15 M Sport Fog Light Question

I know this question has been posted but there's so much conflicting information. Wanna try it again.

I have a 2014 f15 with M sport package. Xenon headlights with halogen fogs, I bought the car from Canada and apparently this is the package they offered there. Im sure they're not led's.

I'd like to convert the fogs to the new style LED. IM fine with coding ive already used bimmercode for other things in the car.

these are the ones I found and the style i'd like.

first question: On this truck can you take the fogs out from the front without removing the bumper? One screw and the metal tab?

Second: Will lights like this be plug and play as long as I code the car to have led fogs. Is there a better option someone has used on ebay or something?
