Car using Data??
I’ve been in my 18 X for a few months now. It has Apple car play and I use it a bit. It also has the connected Drive with weather etc. Does this use the phones Data?? Lately is seems I’m using a ton. Maybe coincidence
Or does the car have its own plan to get the weather etc. |

Car has its own SIM with data subscription for ConnectedDrive services. Not sure if Car Play adds on to mobile data usage as I don’t have that feature, but if you’re streaming music from phone via services like Spotify, etc., that might be adding up as well to your device data usage.
