2017 BMW X5 rear lower shield install .* Help needed

Hey guys so I've bought a brand new replacement rear lower shield for my F15 X5 and I can't seem to figure out what the plastic clips in the box attach on to . Can someone who has done this install before shine some light . Thanks in advance . Part # 51127294756.

Did you already take off the old piece? That'll tell you if you need them, no?
